Plain answers to the questions buyers actually ask
Written from what we measure, not what we imagine. Data window ending 2026-08-20.
Each guide starts from a question a business owner types when something is wrong: no customers, no mentions, a letter about accessibility. The answers use numbers from our own scans of 5,293 sites, with sample sizes attached, because advice without evidence is what most of the internet already sells.
Why is my website not getting customers? The order to debug it in: reachable, findable, credible, actionable. Where money gets wasted when the order is wrong. Why does ChatGPT not mention my business?Access, entity, evidence. The three layers assistants filter on, what fixes each, and what only pretends to.Is my website invisible to AI?Three mechanical checks. The blocking everyone fears is rare; the unreadable page almost nobody checks for is the norm. What accessibility actually requiresThe legal frame in plain terms, the failures we measure most, and the order to fix them in. Identifies, never certifies. Can an AI agent use your website?Agents read markup, not design. The reading, interpretation and acting problems, each with its measured share.
The numbers behind these guides
Every figure cited in a guide comes from the same measurement store, published with sample sizes and intervals on the benchmarks page, sector by sector where the sample supports it. How we measure is on the methodology page.
