Every row names the page, the exact change, and the reason it matters, written for whoever maintains your site. Forward the report and the work is already specified.
The control we pressed, the page it’s on, and exactly what happened when we pressed it. No "improve your UX" hand-waving.
The schema and content changes that decide whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI can read and quote your pages arrive as line items too.
| ID | Priority | Where | Change | Why | Effort |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| F-01 | High | /collections/sale | Rebind the Filter tap handler to the control that survives the mobile breakpoint. | Pressed 3× across two states, zero DOM change. Mobile visitors cannot narrow the sale rack. | 1h |
| F-02 | High | site-wide <head> | Add Organization and Product JSON-LD to all 11 templates. | No structured data on any page walked. Answer engines quote what they can parse. | 2h |
| F-03 | High | /checkout step 2 | Give the card number and CVC fields a programmatic label, not a placeholder. | A screen reader announces nothing when focus lands on either field, on the step where money changes hands. | 2h |
| F-04 | Medium | consent banner | Gate the 2 ad pixels behind opt-in. They fire on load today. | Tracking before consent is the pattern US privacy claims are built on. | 1h |
| F-05 | Medium | /checkout (server) | Cache the cart template. First byte measured 1.9s against an 800ms target. | Slowest of the 11 pages we walked, and the closest to the money. | 3h |
| F-06 | Medium | nav, PDP, filters | Grow 11 controls to a 44×44px minimum tap area. | Measured at 390px width. Missed taps read as a broken site. | 1h |
| F-07 | Medium | footer, PDP, sale | Repair or remove the 6 controls that respond to nothing. | Dead controls teach visitors the site is broken before they reach checkout. | 2h |
| F-08 | Medium | /account/signup | Add autocomplete attributes to the 11 form fields. | Autofill is off for every visitor, on the longest form on the site. | 30m |
| F-09 | Medium | site-wide <head> | Add a canonical URL to every template. | With none, search engines pick which duplicate ranks, and they choose differently than you would. | 1h |
| F-10 | Low | product imagery | Serve WebP and defer the scripts not needed for first paint. | 4.1 MB and 62 scripts per page, most of it above the fold on a phone. | 3h |
| F-11 | Low | body copy, site-wide | Underline links inside paragraphs. | Color-only links disappear for color-blind visitors. | 30m |
| F-12 | Low | /collections/* | Add alt text to the 9 product images missing it. | Screen readers and image search both fall back to the filename. | 1h |
| F-13 | Low | /robots.txt, /sitemap.xml | Publish a sitemap and stop disallowing /collections. | Half the catalogue is closed to crawlers that would otherwise index it. | 30m |
| F-14 | Low | /contact | Give the message field a visible label. | Placeholder-only labels vanish the moment someone starts typing. | 1h |
Illustrative sheet, built from findings in delivered Deep Scans. On a service business the same sheet names quote forms, click-to-call targets and booking paths. Effort figures are our estimates, not quotes. Scroll the table sideways on a phone.
A slow checkout can’t hide behind a fast landing page.
We time every page we walk, not just the home page. The ridge in the data is the page that’s costing you.
Monitor all six systems, month over month.
Every Deep Scan reads six systems on your live pages and starts this graph. A sample store is shown here.
A line chart of the six system scores for the sample store, rising from scan day through day 30 and four monthly Pulse re-scans. The overall score moves from 48 to 86. The six systems and what each one measures are described below.
What we measure
Buttons, menus, filters, and form fields, pressed the way a visitor would. Fields checked for the friction a buyer feels but never reports.
Why it matters
A control that does not respond ends the visit. Every failure is named to the exact control and the page it’s on.
same six colors, same systems, in your account after every scan
- Controls & forms
- Buttons, menus, filters, and form fields, pressed the way a visitor would. Fields checked for the friction a buyer feels but never reports.
- A control that does not respond ends the visit. Every failure is named to the exact control and the page it’s on.
- Trust signals
- The signals buyers look for before they pay: policies, contact routes, reassurance where money changes hands.
- Missing signals read as risk. Each absent signal is named on the page where a buyer expects it.
- Speed
- Every page loaded and timed in a real browser: first byte, full load, page weight, script cost.
- Visitors leave before slow content appears. A slow checkout can’t hide behind a fast landing page.
- Accessibility
- Barriers checked against WCAG 2.2 AA: labels, contrast, keyboard paths, tap target size.
- Every barrier turns real customers away. Each one is cited to the exact element and rule.
- Privacy
- What fires before consent and who receives it, logged request by request on your live pages.
- Surprise trackers erode the trust a store runs on. We show the evidence, not a guess.
- AI search
- Whether answer engines can read and quote you: structure, schema, and the shape of your content.
- More buyers ask an assistant first. A site that can’t be quoted is not in the answer.
Pricing that doesn’t need a sales call.

Is this for you?
If your website should be winning calls, quotes, bookings or orders, and you own or manage it, the Deep Scan walks your public pages and tells you what to fix first. Not sure? Email hello@go-voltic.com and a person will point you the right way.
What it does not do
It specifies the work; it does not change your site. It never signs in, so pages behind a login are not read. It is not a security test, it does not certify compliance, and it is not a design review. Controls run on a sample of up to three pages; the accessibility battery reads up to eight rendered pages.
You don’t need an account to buy: the report and receipt arrive by email, and the receipt link opens the report online. A free account (ten seconds) keeps every report, receipt and scan tracker in one place. Prices in USD. Scan only sites you own or control, and only pages that are publicly reachable: you confirm both at checkout. Dollar figures are ranges, and we do not promise rankings or revenue, because nobody honestly can. What we do promise: every number was measured on your live site and every finding names what we measured, so you can check it yourself. If a report does not hold up, email hello@go-voltic.com and we will put it right. Buying means you agree to the Terms & Conditions.
The actual report, page by page.
A Deep Scan we ran on our own site on 1 September 2026: it read all 35 addresses it found, pressed 15 safe controls, and returned 7 findings, none serious, for 85/100 at high confidence. Shown here: 17 of the report’s 31 printed pages, the page each section starts on. We run the Deep Scan on our own site and ship the fixes it prescribes.

We read your site the way a visitor would.
Instant and Deep Scans read public pages the way any visitor’s browser does. Nothing gets installed, your visitors’ data is never involved, every site’s stated privacy guidelines are respected.
Go Voltic is a service provider: your data is never sold, never used to train models, and never shared across clients. Deep Scans run only on sites you attest you own or control.
Questions we get asked.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Nothing goes on your site. No tag, no script, no plugin, and no access to your admin. We read the site the way a visitor would.
How long does it take?
The free scan finishes in about a minute, in your browser. The Deep Scan lands the same business day.
What do I actually get for $99?
Your site walked page by page, safe controls pressed and recorded, load timing on each page, accessibility and AI search checks, and a ranked fix list. It comes as a web report and a PDF, with a developer handoff sheet tight enough to paste straight into a ticket.
Will you touch my visitors or their data?
No. The scan is a simulated visitor, not a recording of real ones. The behavioral tier is the only product that looks at real visitors, it is consent gated, and it is sold separately.
Do you certify that my site is ADA compliant?
No, and be careful with anyone who says they do. We test against WCAG 2.2 AA and report the barriers we find with evidence. Compliance is a legal judgment and we do not give legal advice.
What if the report is not useful?
Write to hello@go-voltic.com and a person reads it. Our refund practice is published on the legal page rather than buried in terms: our first instinct is to fix the report, and where a fix is not the right answer, we refund. Every finding also carries the evidence it came from, so you can check any of it against your own site.
Will the scan affect my live site?
No. We read public pages the way a visitor’s browser does and press only safe controls. Nothing is submitted, no account is created, no order is placed. Your analytics may count our visit as one session; the scanner identifies itself so you can filter it out.
How is this different from a free grader?
A free grader screenshots one page and scores it from rules of thumb. A Deep Scan loads your site in a real browser, walks it page by page, presses the controls a visitor would, and records what actually happened. The comparison table above has it line by line.
